*Conservative averages. Actual flying time will vary depending on inflation size, temperature, and atmospheric conditions. Cloudbuster balloons should be brought indoors during the evening and bad weather, including rain and wind.
Additional Product Information
  • Because the filling and usage of any large display balloon is beyond our control, no performance or longevity guarantee can be made. Inflatables should be flown clear of poles, signs, trees, etc., to prevent damage.
  • Cloudbuster purchase prices DO NOT include helium or installation. Helium tanks can be rented from your local party store or welding supply shop.
  • Cloudbusters may require pennants; Balloon Boys uses pennants to tie down cloudbusters. You may want to do the same.

Standard Packaging
  • Cloudbuster Balloons are individually polybagged.

Shipping
  • Regular shipping is free. You can expect delivery 3 - 10 days from receipt of payment.
  • If you would like to pay for express shipping please call 416-892-1744. Shipping rates will be based on market price for the express carrier being used at the time of order. Please allow for shipping when planning your event. Balloon Boys is not responsible for shipping delays.

Damaged Goods
  • We pack all goods to avoid damages in shipping.  If goods are damaged in shipping you need to notify us by e-mail within 24 hours of receiving the goods so we can help resolve the matter.

Return Policy & Order Cancellation
  • Because the filling and usage of any large display balloon is beyond our control, all sales are final.
  • Cancellation of your order is subject to a service fee and may only be done if you order has NOT been shipped.
